I am a Managing Director in KPMG’s Pittsburgh office State and Local Tax practice and the firm’s Eastern Region State and Local Tax Energy practice leader. In my more than 13 years of experience with KPMG I have advised on many multi-state tax matters including income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, property tax and business incentives. My projects have included business restructurings, due diligence reviews, and income tax provision work.
