Elizabeth Shingler

Elizabeth Shingler is a manager in the Trade & Customs and the practice’s Knowledge Leader. She has assisted clients with a wide variety of export controls and sanctions matters, including voluntary disclosures, audit support and risk assessments.

Elizabeth Shingler assists clients in resolving complicated customs issues related to classification, valuation, first sale, and country of origin determinations. Her responsibilities primarily include researching and writing memoranda on various international trade issues, drafting documentation and correspondence for submission to government agencies and boards, analyzing import and export data, and advising clients in complying with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and federal programs.
