Robert Passmore
Managing Director, State & Local Tax
Rob is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Portland State and Local Tax practice. He joined KPMG in 1993 and serves as KPMG’s State Tax Resource Network member for Oregon and Montana. He analyzes state tax issues for corporations, partnerships and individuals.
Some of Rob’s professional and industry experience includes, designing and evaluating state tax planning opportunities, evaluating potential income, franchise and sales/use tax exposure through review of client’s in-state activities and analyzing expansion opportunities for corporate clients to consider site locations from a state tax perspective etc.
Rob holds a Masters of Accounting in tax from University of Washington, a BS degree from University of Washington and is a Licensed CPA – Oregon and Washington.
