Mike George
Managing Director, Tax • BTS Strategic Corporate
Mike is a professional in KPMG’s Business Tax Services practice focusing primarily on Financial Institutions, including regional and community banks. He has experience in tax compliance, consulting and ASC 740 services for both publicly and privately held clients. Mike serves as the lead manager auditing Income Taxes for SEC registrant audit clients, and assists non-audit clients with outsourcing, co-sourcing, and reviewing tax provision calculations. He also assists financial institutions in consulting opportunities, including accounting method changes and regulatory stress testing.
