As a long-term supporter for women’s sport in Ireland, KPMG is proud to have Irish sprinting sensation, Rhasidat Adeleke, as a KPMG ambassador.

Rhasidat has won the 100m & 200m double at the 2021 European Athletics Under-20 Championships. She was the first Irish woman to break the 50-second barrier in the 400 metres and holds six Irish national records, to name a few of her achievements to date. Having only turned professional in 2023, Rhasidat has made strides in her stellar career so far.

At the end of April this year, Rhasidat ran a sub-11-second time to win the women’s 100m final at the Texas Invitational. Rhasidat saw great success as she took to the track at the World Athletics Relays Championship across 4-5 May in the Bahamas. Running the faster ever recorded split time at the World Relays, her time of 48.45 seconds in the mixed 4x400m ensured a podium finish on the final day. 2024 is set to be a big year for Rhasidat and KPMG will be proudly supporting her along the way.
