GILTI and Subpart F HTE Regs—TCJA Implementation Journey Continues

On July 20, 2020, the U.S. Treasury Department and IRS released final and proposed regulations, related to changes made by the 2017 tax law (often referred to as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, or TCJA), concerning global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI) and subpart F income provisions regarding the treatment of income that is subject to a high rate of foreign tax, the high-tax exception (HTE).

KPMG LLP (KPMG) is pleased to invite you to a 90-minute webcast, part of our Tax Reform Thursdays webcast series, on these regulations. Senior Washington National Tax professionals from the International Tax group provide an overview of the regulations and discuss their potential impact on multinational businesses.
