KPMG is pleased to invite you to a TaxWatch Webcast that will discuss the recently issued second set of proposed regulations for Opportunity Zone provisions under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

Leaders from KPMG’s tax practice will present insights on many of the common questions needed to provide clarity and help taxpayers begin investing in Opportunity Zone communities.

  • New clarity on the interaction of the subchapter K partnership rules
