Back in April, we compared President Biden’s “Made in America” tax plan with Senator Wyden’s “Overhauling International Taxation” whitepaper (KPMG Inside International Tax Episode 03-2021). Now, in his recently released discussion draft, Senator Wyden has provided actual legislative text that puts some meat on the bones.
