The financial services industry is composed of multiple subsectors, including banking, insurance, and asset management.  This episode explores the key transfer pricing issues of each subsector.  The cross border intercompany transactions involving financial services are subject to important non-tax regulations. This regulatory environment poses unique challenges in the conduct of transfer pricing analysis- adding further complication to narrowing in on the “arm’s length” result.
