Podcast overview

Since the invention of the multinational enterprise, tax authorities have had a problem to solve. How do we coordinate an approach to taxing these large global enterprises while creating tax certainty and avoiding double taxation? Hint: the answer has something to do with transfer pricing. In this episode, we'll talk about where transfer pricing came from, how it has grown, and where it is going.

Our host Brittany Hardin Tanguay is led through a (brief) history of transfer pricing by retired KPMG Tax Principal François Vincent and KPMG Transfer Pricing Managing Director David Unger.

About our guest: François Vincent joined KPMG as a direct admit partner in January 2001 and is a true citizen of the world, having served the Transfer Pricing practices in Canada, France, and the United States.
