The Trump Tax Plan: Unfinished Business

If you are following the presidential campaign, you’ll notice President Trump hasn’t talked much about a second term tax plan. But that doesn’t necessarily indicate a lack of ideas or priorities for future tax legislation. President Trump’s signature legislative achievement, the TCJA, is full of important provisions that are scheduled to expire or change in the next few years. Revisiting these items, along with a handful of new ideas, seems likely to be on a second-term tax agenda.
